Open-Air Swimming Pool in Altdöbern
The open-air swimming pool in the town centre of Altdöbern is run by volunteers and it was built in 1895 as a “bathing facility for male persons”. Nowadays, all guests are welcome to enjoy water fun at the swimming pool on summer days. The open-air swimming pool comprises a 50 metre pool with a 3 metre diving tower. There is also a paddling pool for the youngest guests and a non-swimmer pool with a big slide. Further facilities include a beach volleyball court, a sunbathing lawn, changing rooms, as well as a snack bar and kiosk.
Opening times
Sadly, we are unable to open the swimming pool this year, owing to the various restrictions and closures that apply due to the COVID-19 pandemic and that affect, for example, the slide and the diving tower.
